Wet Coating

Even though our strong industry reputation has been built on powder coating, Genexis Powder Coating also specializes in wet paint applications. When working with non-metallic surfaces like plastics, wet painting is the best coating option. The high temperatures required for curing powder coated materials can damage these types of substrates, leaving them warped or misshapen. But these issues can be avoided with wet painting.

Wet painting is also an ideal alternative for finishing assembled components and products where powder coating may not be suitable. As we do with our powder coating process, we can wet paint small and large products, matching any color to assure consistency and quality.

We are continually looking for new and innovative paints and materials. Our wet paint specialist has 33 years in the wet paint industry and is a qualified 1st calss industrial and Automotive spray painter, over the years he has used many types of paint from air dry enamels to the latest technology known as siloxane.
